This Privacy Policy describes how Xin handles information in connection with CPBoard.
CPBoard is a clipboard history utility designed to store clipboard content on your device.

The App may process the following categories of data on your device:
- Clipboard content while recording is enabled
- Metadata about clips
- App preferences and settings
- License / purchase related state
Clipboard data can include sensitive personal information if you copy it.
4. Where data is stored
4.1 Local storage (default)
By default, clipboard history is stored only on your Mac under Application Support.
4.2 Optional iCloud / CloudKit sync
If you enable iCloud sync, history may sync via Apple CloudKit private database.
If CloudKit is unavailable, the App may fall back to local-only storage.
5. How we use information
On-device processing is used to:
- Provide clipboard history features
- Enforce storage limits and deduplicate content
- Honor your settings
- Manage trial and purchase unlock state
We do not sell your personal information. No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
6. Website (cpboard.app)
The Site is a static informational website hosted on Cloudflare.
7. Payments
In-app purchases on the Mac App Store are processed by Apple.
8. Permissions
Accessibility is requested only to simulate paste (⌘V).
iCloud / CloudKit is used only when you enable sync.
9. Data retention and deletion
History is retained until you delete it or clear data in Settings.
If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions may propagate to other devices.
You may pause recording at any time.
10. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
11. International users
Processing primarily occurs on your device and optionally Apple iCloud.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
